I’ve been with the company for two years, and before that, my career was in marketing across different industries—publishing at Reed Elsevier, automotive with the RAC and AA, and financial Services at BNP Paribas.
When I was approached for this role, it was a complete surprise given my background. But they were looking for fresh perspectives beyond Cambridge and the education sector—a philosophy that still holds today. And I’m glad I took the leap.
Moving to Cambridge has been one of my best decisions, despite living in "enemy territory"—Oxfordshire! The strength of the Cambridge brand is unlike anything I’ve experienced, even in huge multinationals. It gives us a major advantage in generating new business opportunities.

In my two years here, we’ve seen record growth each year, surpassing profit targets while maintaining employee engagement levels most companies would envy.
