The benefits at JBSEEL are amazing. I believe we have one of the best pensions, amazing number of days leave and incredible sick leave, as well as great work-life balance due to just 2 days in the office. I have never worked anywhere before where I have such an incredible team of people who care and support me. Not just the team I work in either, but other colleagues (especially HR). We also have lots of fun and free social activities which I take advantage of (from ice cream, summer and Xmas parties (plural), free entry to the Botanical Gardens, wreath making, and Race for Life.
