Hi there!

I'm Namrata, and I work as a Learning Design Consultant in the Custom team. I joined JBSEEL in March 2024, and it has been a fabulous journey till here.

Key part of my role to design learning programmes that are aligned to our clients and learners needs - something that can be really simple or extremely complex based on how your luck is holding up that day! I love to navigate through the ambiguity of these asks and work on useful solutions that have potential to transform lives.
