Elena Shampanova

I am the Senior Programme Manager (SPM) in the Open team. Working closely with two other SPMs we oversee and support open team Programme Managers with preparation and delivery of executive education programmes. We constantly review and strive to optimise the operations processes and systems. In my role I enjoy working with diverse teams in our company and CJBS, engaging with faculty of University of Cambridge, and meeting delegates from across the world to design and deliver inspiring learning programmes. With a keen interest in different cultures and languages, I am passionate about supporting people and organisations in their learning, growth, and development. I am happy to help you structure and organise your work, support you with time management and how to be more efficient. Always up for a walk with a coffee! All my spare time is taken up by busy family life, but I do try to carve out some hours to spend paddle-boarding and walking 😊
