I’m Head of Operations here at JBSEEL, I’ve been in this role since 2022 and with the company since 2016.
In the most general sense, my Head of Operations role is focussed on increasing efficiency across the entire business. I oversee processes and systems to ensure that what we have in place supports our teams in the most effective way, and adjust as required. My main objective is always to set JBSEEL up for scalability and success in our ambitious growth targets! What really gives me energy at work is solution-oriented teamwork with positive colleagues (and coffee...).
Outside of work, I love to travel, I'm passionate about wildlife photography and I have been an avid equestrian since before I could walk!
