Senior Programme Manager – Open Programmes

I am a Senior Programme Manager in the Open Programmes Team and I have worked at JBSEEL for over 16 years.

I am good at empowering individuals to solve their problems by adopting my coaching management style and by thinking creatively. I really enjoy the variety that the role offers. One day I can be choosing a menu for a gala dinner and the next day I can be trying to write some code on our Virtual Learning Environment. I have a soft spot for our Cambridge Rising Women Leaders Programme and how we are helping women take the next step in their leadership journeys by focussing on their strengths. 

Outside of work I love spending time with my family in the outdoors and creating the perfect pizza.
