Adam Scrutton

Adam Scrutton is a Senior Programme Manager in the Open Programmes team, bringing over a decade of experience in management, organisational development, and coaching within the education sector. With a strong grounding in change management and process improvement, Adam is dedicated to helping organisations to develop effective training programs and adapt to complex and fast-changing environments.

Adam has worked within different education settings including non-profit organisations. He has extensive experience in co-ordinating both in person and digital learning programs. Over the past four years, Adam has played a central role in managing online postgraduate programmes, supporting students from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience in navigating their studies, to develop new skills, and apply their learning directly to the workplace.
