I’m the CRM 'Champion' here at Executive Education, proudly part of the team since February 2024. I navigate the intricate world of managing our CRM system, crafting insightful reports, and streamlining processes to make everything run like a well-oiled machine.
My role involves a lot of problem-solving, and I thrive on it—whether it's finding solutions within Dynamics CRM or integrating other technologies.
If you need to reach me, the best way is through Teams or the IT Helpdesk. I’m always here to offer support, whether it's troubleshooting issues, optimising our systems, or simply providing guidance on using our CRM effectively.
Outside of work, I lead an active lifestyle with a passion for basketball, football and cycling, which keeps my energy levels high. Cooking and experimenting with new recipes is my way to unwind and refuel. Plus, I have a soft spot for animals and love exploring scenic places whenever I get the chance. Life is all about balance and finding joy in both the little and big moments!
